Exactly two years After the huge success of his first Movie ’30 Days in Atlanta’ AY the Comedian has given us another movie titled ‘ A Trip To Jamaica’ Featuring cast from Nigeria, Ghana, united states and Jamaica.

1. The plot is ‘hilariously’ funny
The movie plot revolves arounda Ay (akpors) and funke (bola) and their adventures in Jamaica.
The movie begins with Akpors proposing to his girlfriend Bola (Funke Akindele) during a live concert. She accepts his proposal, and the couple decides to travel to Atlanta to visit Abigail (Nse Ikpe-Etim) and her wealthy husband, who is referred to as Big man (Dan Davies). During their visit, an unexpected turn leads to a family trip to Jamaica Resulting in comical bits.
Guaranteed: moviegoers will never become bored.
2. Supporting cast is impressive
What is particularly enjoyable about this film is that everyone is on their game. Beyond AY’s fantastic performance and Jenita’s hilarious role, the rest of the supporting cast is absolutely fantastic. Other cast in the movie include Hollywood veteran Eric Roberts (lazarus rising), Paul Campbell (3rd world cup) from Jamaic, Nigerian Nse Ikpe-Etim, Ghanaian Chris Attoh, Dan Davies from Hollywood and Rebecca Silvera who was the former Miss Jamaica.
The movie also includes; cameo appearances from Cynthia Morgan, Patoranking and Olamide.
3. Overall fantastic production
The high production value of the movie made Everything in the movie look, sound and feel fantastic.
4. He -AY- is hilarious
You may not know this, but Comedy is a hard business to be in, but Ay makes it look easy.
From his sold out shows to his first movie “30 days in atlanta” -highest grossing nollywood ever- and now this. He has proven himself to be one of the very few ‘truly’ talented comedian out there.
5. You just need to see it
Whether you are a fan of comedy or not, a trip to Jamaica is a must-see movie simply because everyone will be talking about it. Without a doubt it is going to be the best comedy of 2016.
I cannot recommend this film enough; it truly is one of the best comedies i’ve seen.
