1. Get enough sleep

As recommended by Doctors, Adults should get an average of eight hours sleep per night.

Failure to do this would leave you feeling fatigued throughout the day, which untimately would hinder your performance.

So next time you go to bed, instead of tapping on your phone why dont you try to sleep instead.

Also try to go to bed at a reasonable hour, so you can wake up feeling rested, rejuvenated and healthy.

2. Eat more fruit and vegetables

It’s widely known and accepted that fruit and vegetables are healthy and should be consumed as part of a healthy diet, so always try to include them in your diet.

Also try cutting back on processed food; although they are easily sourced and convenient to prepare, it isn’t doing your body any favors.

3. Love yourself

It’s important to build your life on a foundation of positivity and compassion. In order to achieve this, you must first learn to love yourself unconditionally.
Loving yourself entails you taking care of yourself physically and mentally. It also means being able to accept yourself as you are — flaws and all.

4. Get out more often

Socializing with others and spending time in nature is so important for our well-being.

While the former helps us stay connected, the latter can help reduce stress, lift your spirit and make you feel more connected to the world.

So, It’s important you get out at least once per day, even if it’s just for a short walk.

5. Cut down on alcohol

You may not know this, but too much alcohol can lead to addiction and various health problems such as liver failure, brain damage, and memory loss.

In lieu of this, If you must drink alcohol, learn to moderate what you consume and cut down your intake as much as possible.

6. Replace minerals with water

Water is an essential part of the human diet. When we drink enough of it, we remain hydrated and vibrant for our daily activities so next time you go out to a restaurant or anywhere, instead of requesting for a mineral -which by the way contain high levels of sugar and chemicals that arent good for our body system- just ask for water, atleast it wont give you diabetes.

7. Exercise regularly

We all know Exercising can be a strenuous and daunting activity for many, which is why it’s essential you choose workouts you enjoy performing.
Try and go through all the exercise plans and methods available, till you find the ones you enjoy.

If you have fun while performing an exercise, you’re far more likely to engage in it more often or to stick to a routine.
